This episode of Jim Baugh Outdoors features Captain Max King fishing his favorite fishing grounds along the Eastern Shore of Virginia. Max and team Chesapeake Angler won this years 2008 Mid Atlantic Shootout and we caught on camera Max's winning weigh in at Long BayPoint Marina. The JBO crew left out of Hampton and hooked up with Whalens Marine on board there own high performance Suzuki fishing machine. We started out with one rough trip out, but after about 100 or so miles of running, we finally got into them. Also in this program are some great Suzuki Engine tips and also a segment on how to clean Yellowfin Tuna. This is an awesome program that will also be on our 2008 year end DVD.

This episode of Jim Baugh Outdoors features the Hampton Corvette Club Corvette Car Show. Also featured is a Hampton Cobia Tournament shot on location at Wallace's Marina. This event weighed in Cobia close to 100 pounds in size. Also featured is the Hampton Wine Festival called "Romance on the River" Jim also takes his son Ben Baugh and his college buddies from University of West Virginia on a Hampton Flounder trip. Jim shows what bait to use, as well as how to properly clean Flounder.

Description
This is a special "Trade Show" reel that was produced and displayed at all the 2007 Boat Show and Festival events that Jim Baugh appeared during 2007. This is NOT a Jim Baugh Outdoors episode, although a lot of the footage seen here is in the finished production. This video is 17 minutes of pure Yellow Fin Tuna High Action catchin fun. The program was filmed during the fall of 2006 and featured James Whalen of Whalens Marine, a Suzuki dealership in Chesapeake Virginia.

Title: Suzuki 250 JBO performance test\Pursuit 2800
Program Description
Jim Baugh Outdoors has run and tested several Suzuki power plants on each of it's show boats. Currently JBO has run twin 115's, 140's, 225's, and now 250's, all Suzuki four stroke engines and all twin rig set ups. This program features the JBO performance test with the twin 250 Suzuki four strokes, complete performance test can be found on this web site on our boats page. Program Description
Jim Baugh Outoors heads 80 miles offshore it's home port of Hampton Va to fish along with Captain Jim Brincefield onboard the Jil Carrie. Capt. Jim is a legendary offshore Sea Bass captain who is known for hauling in monster Sea Bass from deep, very deep offshore secret wrecks. Fishing near 300 feet of water, this exciting program has some of the best trophy Sea Bass action ever caught on camera. Everyone on board caught a trophy fish, and the entire boat limited out. This rare footage can also be seen on the JBO 2006 year end DVD and airs during the 2006 JBO broadcast series. Now here is what everyone is waiting for, you must have some of this with this show.
Jim's three pepper shrimp sauce with Sea Bass:
Chop one red, green, and yellow pepper, one onion, mushrooms two tomato's, peel and de-vein one pound of large Tiger shrimp, and have one cup of white wine and one cup of whipping cream nearby as well as half stick of butter. In a saucepan, lightly fry the Sea Bass filets, set aside and keep warm. Then, in a deep pan, pan seir some chopped garlic with the butter, when done add the wine. then add all the vegetables and cook for 5-10 minutes. Ad cream, if the sauce needs a little thickening use some corn starch. Add shrimp last to the sauce. Let stand for 5 min, and pour over the cooked Sea Bass filets.
You will love it!!!!

The highest bidders won an all expense trip departing from Hampton Virginia and fishing offshore VA Beach for Spadefish. Also featured in this program is a fantastic seafood cooking feature filmed at the new Embassy Suites located in Hampton Virginia. Recipes include: Broiled garlic Shrimp wrapped in Smithfield Ham and authentic Hampton crab cakes made with fresh local crabmeat from Hampton Virginia.
